Healthy microcirculation is vital to the cardiovascular system, and vasomotion is a process in the microcirculatory system that assists the heart in delivering blood to the smallest vessels in the body. Improving healthy microcirculation, through the targeted stimulation of vasomotion, is the primary goal of BEMER physical vascular therapy.*
BEMER devices use a pulsed electromagnetic field – abbreviated as PEMF – to deliver a patented therapeutic signal. The BEMER signal helps improve the impaired pumping movements of small and very small vessels to promote needs-based distribution of blood.*
Improve your circulation. Improve your health. Improve your life. BEMER is changing the way we think about our health, challenging our understanding of the human body, and empowering us to reach optimal physical condition in a natural, non-invasive way. Proper blood flow plays a critical role in our general health and BEMER can improve your circulation naturally in just 8 minutes twice a day. For more than 20 years benefits of BEMER have impacted millions of people around the world. BEMER is an FDA and Health Canada registered consumer medical device that’s easy-to-use, non-invasive and can improve microcirculatory blood flow by up to 30%.
How Is BEMER Used?
The Haug Report:
Medical Specialists from around the world, leading studies and are actively using the BEMER with patients in their own clinics complied a report. Click the link to read it!
Thanks to the research at BEMER's partner universities in Europe, and at the Institute of Microcirculation in Berlin, Germany, we can show you actual footage of the incredible effects BEMER can have on the circulatory system. These videos show microvessels operating inside the human body. The smallest blood vessels in the body, microvessels are only seven (7) microns in diameter (0.0003 inch) – the same as red blood cells, which need to deform to pass through them.

BEMER & Sports
Whether you compete on a professional level or play sports for fun, performance and recovery are an essential part of daily life, and BEMER can help. The body’s circulatory system ensures our survival by facilitating metabolism in every cell, and our circulation plays a crucial role in maintaining self-regulatory mechanisms (homeostasis). Blood transports oxygen from the lungs to the cells in exchange for carbon dioxide to be removed as waste. Cells rely on the blood to deliver and remove the products they need in order to perform their essential functions. With routine use of BEMER, one may improve general blood flow, resulting in optimized performance and recovery.
The Science of Recovery
RECOVERY: To return to a normal state of health, mind, or strength.
After training and conditioning, many athletes experience delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). DOMS happens when waste products in the body can’t flush out fast enough and build up lactic acid, creating soreness. This soreness is a clue for your brain to say, “I need to rest” because the tissue is damaged. So the science of recovery comes down to re-establishing homeostasis, or in other words re-establishing balance.
The application of BEMER Therapy for athletes begins with the BASIC PLAN. Daily usage is recommended by first stimulating the systemic circulation with the full body applicator (B.BODY) followed by local application to targeted regions of the body. This two pronged approach ensures optimal cardiac function which improves physical fitness, endurance, strength and energy.

What was that record-breaking time? It was a mind-blowing average of 183.932 mph (296.009 km/h), which she achieved using a custom-built carbon KHS bicycle behind a uniquely designed drag race car to minimize air resistance. She accomplished this incredible feat at the age of 45 while using BEMER as part of her training regimen.
“In September 2018, I set the World Record for the fastest human on a bicycle at 183.9mph, using the BEMER as an integral part of my daily preparation. In September 2019, I plan to break another World Record in cycling. I use my BEMER on specific programs during the day to help give me maximum performance, muscle stimulation and rest.
